Normal operations will resume tomorrow. The Amarillo Animal Management and Welfare and the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society will reopen tomorrow as well. Trash collection normally scheduled for today will be picked up tomorrow and regular solid waste collection will resume on Wednesday.
