A former employee of Waste Management of Hawaii Inc., operator of Honolulu's Waimanalo Gulch Sanitary Landfill, has admitted to stealing over $860,000. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported Donna J. Alms pleaded guilty on Friday in U.S. District Court to wire fraud and money laundering.
