Solid Waste Authority OKs reduced rate hangtag

Members of the county's Solid Waste Management Authority agreed last Thursday to sell hangtags that will allow access to the county's six convenience/recycling centers through June 30 for $75. Those who can prove a financial hardship will be able to purchase the short-term hangtags for $50.
