Ogle County impacted by China’s limit of scrap

The concept of waste reduction plays a large role. If the waste is not created, then it does not need to be recycled. The Ogle County Solid Waste Management Department encourages residents to avoid plastic water bottles, paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic shopping bags, and Styrofoam coffee cups.
